We lengthen tubes, make them into the desired shape and fit them to customised tubing sets with fittings. The customer obtains everything fully assembled from a single source, thus saving production costs. Integrating connector systems such as flanges and clamping screws ensures trouble-free connections. Our focus here is also on reducing the dead volume. Thanks to many years of expertise, we have solutions for safe conveyance of even chemically aggressive liquids.

We make tubes into the desired final shape, thus ensuring simple assembly and no buckling. This is how we get around tight space conditions during installation. The installed tubes are thus not under tension, and forces are exerted on the connection points. Ripping out by whipping is made more difficult, which increases product safety. Fewer components means fewer potential leaks and space-saving lightweight systems!

Spiral tubing or spiral parts in the tubing allow freedom of movement for dynamic devices. We manufacture them according to customer specifications, and also in single editions.

The tubing ends are shaped in such a way that they serve as the tube attachment and seal in one. Conical fittings can be easily fitted and, with the right choice of material, seal perfectly.

Customised cannulae and pipettes with different connectors such as Luer are done. Conical tips are mpulded directly onto the hose with the hugest degree of precision.

A wide range of standard elements such as Luer connectors are available. If custom-made products are nevertheless required, the existing tools often eliminate investment costs for the customer.

Peek has excellent mechanical properties, good gliding behaviour and, with a melting point of 334°C, is resistant to high temperatures. It has excellent chemical resistance and can be sterilised with hot steam, is biocompatible and radiolucent. The high toughness and robustness allow for strong deformation without breaking. Flexible high pressure capillary peek tubes are an ideal alternative to titanium or stainless steel capillary tubes.

Very high chemical resistance and also very high temperature resistance are the main advantages when using fluoroplastics. Further advantages are very good electrical properties, highest level of anti-adhesiveness and physiological harmlessness.

Tubing from all common thermoplastics are extruded in our specialised facilities. High-performance materials such as PEEK, PSU, PPSU or FEP are part of it. Extrusin dies for a lot of dimensions are on stock. Extruded tube with reinforcements increase the buckling strength and also allow the transmission of torsional forces.
